The Control System

The brainchild of Remedial Hypnotist, Tim Box, the CONTROL System is a direct, positive and successful method of creating rapid and permanent changes to the way you think, feel and behave.

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy the CONTROL System brings positive changes without the need to induce a hypnotic trance state.

I will work with you, enabling you to communicate with your subconscious mind and give you the power to remove any blockages and limiting beliefs that hold you back.

I teach my clients how to use the CONTROL System themselves, so they have a skill to take away and use time and again for the rest of their lives.

Hypnotherapy

People are often wary of hypnosis, mostly due to stage or TV shows, but they don’t realise they enter a trance state almost everyday.

Have you lost yourself completely in a good book or TV show? When you are at the cinema have you noticed when you pause eating popcorn during the exciting bits….or experienced that time distortion coming out and it is dark already? Yes, these are trance states.  

Hypnosis involves putting you into a state of trance, where your subconscious mind comes to the fore and is open to new ideas and suggestions.

Have you ever driven from home to work but had your mind elsewhere and remember no details of your journey? That is also a state of trance.

Hypnosis is a change in the focus and attention of your mind. Hypnotherapists use this state to introduce thoughts and ideas to the subconscious mind that are beneficial to their clients based on what the client has told them they wish to change. It can be a very powerful therapy if the person really does want to make those changes.

Mind coaching is often a natural progression from a set tailored programme of Control or Hypnotherapy, but it can also be used standalone to help develop a stronger resilience to an ever changing world.
