Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss can be very effective, permanent and more fun. Fun? Yes. When we work out some of the underlying emotions to our eating habits we often find sadness, anger, guilt, etc. When these are addressed we naturally eel a sense of relief and happiness.
My personal grief for losing my Mum led to a potentially life threatening weight gain and unhealthy lifestyle. When that was changed using hypnosis a life changing weight loss of 44 pounds was achieved, and most importantly, maintained.
